Shipping policy

We ship from Cypress, Texas. Orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend.

For Canada, Mexico and all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout from the carrier's live rates, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Oversized items, such as training mats, are quoted separately at checkout and are not covered by free shipping.

Delivery times

Within the United States, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times depend on the service you pick at checkout and on customs handling in the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier delays are outside our control.

Carriers

We ship with USPS and UPS. International orders may also travel with DHL Express. The services available to you are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties and taxes. Where these are collected at checkout, the amount is shown before you pay. Where they are not, they are charged by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and the reshipping cost is yours to cover.
